Stamford resident Kelly Fitzpatrick of Blue Park Restaurants said she will manage the Magnolia Bakery franchise and plans to open four locations over the next three years — a move fueled by local growth and community ties. - ➤ State Department of Education data showed Connecticut schools improved their Next Generation ratings that measure test scores, attendance, graduation, and more, but most remain below the 85% target — only seven top districts reached that score while Danbury climbed to 68.7% after a 2.5% gain.
