➤ This summer was hotter and drier in Connecticut—15 days reached 90 degrees compared to 7 last year, and the hottest day hit 97 degrees on June 25th. Rain fell only 3.85 inches compared to the usual 11.07 inches, marking the driest summer since 1995. News 12 Connecticut
