A Danbury police officer was injured trying to arrest a shooting suspect Friday night near 2 Lake Ave after a person was shot in the neck, and officers later collected information leading to a pursuit on I-84 West near the New York border—recovering a handgun from the suspect's vehicle before apprehending him.
