  • Rochester-based Wegmans will open its first Connecticut store in Norwalk tomorrow at 9 a.m., offering 92,000 square feet of retail space plus employing more than 500 workers after three years of planning. CRIME NEWS

  • A 27-year-old Stamford man was arrested by Wilton police after being found asleep at the wheel of a white 2025 Toyota Tacoma on Danbury Road around 5:30 a.m. on Sunday—he had consumed seven beers with two open ones at the scene, refused chemical testing, and is set to appear in court on July 31.  WTNH-TV
