Police reported that two people, including a juvenile, were hospitalized after a rollover on Black Rock Turnpike near Redding Ridge Market on July 9 at 10 a.m. when the vehicle traveled south — crossed the yellow line, hit a tree, and rolled onto its passenger side — prompting fire crews to extract the trapped occupants.

A state-led audit showed that the Division of Criminal Justice did not follow the rules and standards for handling family violence cases from 2021—2023.

The investigation found six problems, including missing data and unclear policies, that weakened the system's reliability.
