- ➤ A state representative, Raghib Allie-Brennan, was arrested on Monday at 6:37 p.m. in Bethel after allegedly leaving Target with $26.69 in unpaid merchandise (he faces a misdemeanor summons for sixth-degree larceny and will appear in Danbury Superior Court on July 1) as loss prevention personnel detained him. - ➤ A man wanted for allegedly murdering a law enforcement officer in Mexico was arrested by ICE on June 12 while hiding in Connecticut—officials say Orlando Diaz-Cebada, also known as 'El Leches', remains in custody pending removal proceedings. WTNH-TV
