Governor Lamont signed a new law on Monday that requires all Connecticut job ads to show a good faith salary range and estimated benefits, with the rules taking effect on Oct.
1 – while the law also brings enhanced worker protections for educators and health care staff, some local businesses fear it could delay salary discussions.
Gas prices in Connecticut have risen to $4.61 a gallon due to supply shocks, and experts advise using Gas Buddy and driving between 50 and 60 mph to save on fuel & tire inflation.
Many drivers note Elm Street Stop and Shop offers cheaper gas.
