A Danbury man was charged after allegedly trafficking over 11 kilograms of cocaine from Puerto Rico to Connecticut addresses via the mail — Roman Santiago Jr. is accused of conspiring to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine and possessing fentanyl, having been arrested on Feb. 12 and released on a $50,000 bond.
